You are welcome to submit to a regular online edition - Panel Online!

Starting from the end of January 2026, Panel focuses on publishing flash fiction, poetry, and visual arts. This is a digital, ongoing micro-version of Panel, that allows us to continue showcasing talented writers and artists from the region. The printed version of Panel remains a rare and special event.

Please, carefully read the guidelines before submitting. We are looking forward to hearing from you. 

• Submit your work via form
• You will receive a response within a week confirming whether or not your piece has been accepted
• Whether or not your piece is accepted, please wait at least two months before submitting again
• We operate on a no-fee, no-pay basis
• One piece will be published in Panel Online each week
• Maximum lengths: flash fiction -- 700 words; poetry -- one page; visual arts -- one piece. Submissions exceeding these limits will not be considered
• All submissions must be in English

Writers and artists may be of any origin but should live and work in Central and Eastern Europe, including the Baltic States, Germany/Austria/Switzerland, and the South Caucasus. We prefer submissions that reflect the environment in which they are written.

If you don't live in the region, but have written a piece related to Central and Eastern Europe, feel free to submit it. PLEASE NOTE: If you don't live in the region and don't write about the region, Panel is not a good fit for your piece.
